Transformation
The extra touches of order lifts a space from clean to quietly inspiring: chairs aligned, reading materials in straight lines, keyboards and mice squared up. When a space is truly transformed, everyone it touches can also be transformed with it: the people who work there, the business that thrives there, and the team that makes it fresh, clean and orderly. For our team, providing a transformative work space for you fuels long term partnership is a lifeboat and a bridge, carrying them toward a better life.
Health Prioritization
Health. Our first priority is to be the first line of of defense for infection control and eliminate the bacteria and virus load on touch point surfaces every cleaning. Environmental health is the vital link in stopping the spread of infection to ensure your team productivity and wellness remains high. CLEANING FOR HEALTH is priority one at FMSI aligning with OSHA, the CDC and the EPA as a key cornerstone of workplace safety.
Facility Asset Protection
Your facility and furnishings are a major investment, and as a a partner we want to help preserve and protect your facility. Every FMSI frontline team member is tested and certified, then calibrated and mentored hands-on in the field so they use the right procedure, right equipment and right chemical for every cleaning task. FMSI technicians are trained to recognize and report unusual activity, security vulnerabilities, safety hazards, and facility conditions that may otherwise go unnoticed during routine cleaning. This added layer of observational awareness helps clients address concerns sooner, protect their property, and maintain safer, better-managed facilities.

Protecting Your Health & Facility

Our compass
BE CARING
BE RIGOROUS
I treat clients, teammates and every facility we serve with respect and genuine care. I nurture and protect others without compromising the mission.
I do the work safely to standard, every time: no matter how I feel, how late it is, how hard it gets, or whether anyone is watching.
BE TRANSPARENT
I am respectful and candid and tell the whole truth, including my own mistakes, so every decision rests on reality. No politics. No hidden agendas.
REDUCE FRICTION
I look for better ways to work: safter, smarter, simpler. I keep learning, and I bring new ideas and tools forward instead of settling for "how we've always don't it."

Cleaning engineered around your facility
We don't use a standard checklist. Every environment has different cleaning requirements, health and safety priorities, and operational demands. FMSI constructs a facility-specific program with scopes of work developed for particular areas. This establishes performance standards, and a process for verifying results.

[01]
Assess
A technical analysis to secure accurate facility characteristics and specifications as it relates to cleaning and environmental services
[02]
Design
Engineering a rigorous, science-informed cleaning protocol tailored to your facility's specific surfaces and risk levels, while also collaborating on pricing and customizations.
[03]
Onboarding
A cleaning program is a living, agile system with feedback, not a list of tasks. We plan for the time each piece needs, whether one week or several months. Before service begins the key priorities are a) create custom, comprehensive onboarding plan with dates and share with client b) immediately start identifying and calibrating the right people c) prepare the site to plan so it will support work and accountability.
[04]
Execute
Service begins with competent, fully calibrated technicians working from area specific Statements of Work. Protocol: the right tasks, at the right frequencies, with the right tools and chemicals.
[06]
Improve
Continually scanning the horizon for better technology, equipment, and processes to reduce friction and improve effectiveness.
[05]
Verify
Work is measure with regular inspections with documented scores. QR codes turn physical locations inside a facility into instant access points for reporting problems, submitting feedback or requesting supplies. QR codes for building occupants: a cleanliness concern, a recurring service problem, a complement QR codes for FMSI: access statement of work for an area, periodic cleaning assignments, reminders about an area, FMSI inspection staff can access inspection for that area

Facility Watch
[01]
Security Related Observations
We're in every room working after hours for many of our clients, when no one else is around, and every visit/shift doubles as an after-hours check. A dumpster diver out back, burnt out entrance lighting, pest activity by a floor drain, or an entrance door that no longer closes securely: we see it, and we report it. Think of us as the neighbor watching your house while you're away.
[02]
Facility Preservation Observations
When we notice suspicious/unusual behavior or security concerns we will provide feedback about the observation to you. We are another set of eyes helping to safeguard your facility. Examples: faulty locks and doors, exterior building security related observations, suspicious behavior such as a late night unauthorized access attempt. We never confront but observe and report to you.
complimentary

We report the early warning signs so you can handle them as a routine work order instead of an emergency repair, protecting your assets and extending the life of your facility: an HVAC secondary drain line dripping onto a sidewalk, a broken restroom dispenser, a fresh water stain on a ceiling tile or an outlet cover that is warm to the touch.

Performance is verified
[01]
Verify: We don't assume the job was done right. Every cleaning task is verified against our facility-specific program to ensure absolute compliance with health and safety standards.
[02]
Audit: Our facility-specific programs include rigorous documentation and inspection cycles. We audit every surface and process to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and operational consistency.
[03]
Verify: Performance is something we verify, not something we simply promise. We use technology-assisted verification and continuous improvement to ensure every facility meets our rigorous standards.
