Construction Cleaning

Partner with FMSI to schedule a series of cleanings including rough cleanings and/or a single finish cleaning. Our 'move in cleaning', 'move out cleaning' and post construction 'final clean' statements of work can be customized to include 'top to bottom' cleaning, high dusting, low dusting, vertical and horizontal service damp wiping, comprehensive restroom cleaning and decontamination, carpet cleaning, upholstery and chair cleaning/freshening, cement floor cleaning, ceramic tile scrubbing and window cleaning.
