Facility Management Social Initiative believes profit and purpose are equally important priorities in business. The mission of FMSI is to provide science based 'best cleaning practices' to clients while also striving to reduce inequality; lower poverty rates for janitors and use the cleaning space as a lifeboat that will fuel positive outcomes.

Standard business practices in the janitorial space have not solved or effectively addressed the problems of poverty and exploitation within the janitorial vertical, nor are charity or government programs enough. A third way of doing business involves partnerships between social, ministry, community outreach initiatives and janitorial and facility management companies which will drive positive outcomes for marginalized.

Mobile Privacy Policy and Customer Consent Form

With a person's consent and authorization, we may use SMS text messaging for certain types of communication, including hiring activities, billing, customer service, operations related activities, appointment reminders and other administrative requests. Before engaging in text messaging, FMSI's Mobile Privacy Policy (below) will first be texted to you and if you text back 'Yes" for consent and authorization then texting will be allowed.

Before texting we require prior consent and knowledge of our Mobile Privacy Policy for each of the following:

1. Providing us your mobile phone number is optional. It will not affect our services to you.
